By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of the Terms of Service listed below

General & Artist’s rights
- Don’t use my art in NFT or AI
- Don’t change my finished artwork by yourself of with other artist’s help without my permission
- The copyright of the final art will stay with me, you can use art for non-commercial purposes. We can discuss all details about additional price if you’re interested in using my art for commercial purposes
- I have the right to upload commissions and finished YCH’s in my gallery, for my portfolio and donation platforms
- If commission is specified as “without WIPs” or “artistic freedom “ I send no WIPs and you can’t edit the final art (exception if I make a mistake in your character design)
- If the client decides to cancel the commission, I will not refund the money for this artwork
- I have the right to cancel or pause any commission due to force majeure. In case of cancelling I will do a full refund
- I have the right to use client’s commission arts or YCH in my subsequent work IF the sketch was rejected by the client or the client refuses to work with me

Client’s rights
- The client has the right to repost the watermarked artwork they commissioned anywhere (credits to me are very welcome)
- The client has rights to make prints or merch for PERSONAL use only but not for resale or commercial use

Revisions
Any revisions are complimentary at the sketch step only. Once sketch is approved, changes are limited to minor adjustments and are subject to a limit.
The first payment
The first payment is made immediately and must be at least 100 USD. I start working on this artwork after 100% payment. I do not refund the first payment if the client stops paying the remaining amount and go to the radio silence.
Payment plans
Payment plans is okay at 350$ for commissions / at AB for YCH
Amount of payment
Amount of payment will be set after discussion and before the start of commission, however additional fee may come along the way in case of changes in the original idea by the client
Extra pay
I can ask for extra pay for small time limits, for complex design, armor, extra limbs and wings and etc

Deadlines
The deadline is calculated from the date when the payment was made (the last payment if there any payment plans). The term depends on the complexity, the number of other orders in the queue and so on. If I extend the deadline for a reason, I will notify you about it
